How to find your niche
Create what you're passionate about
Choosing a niche can seem simple, but it becomes challenging without the right guidance or advice. When I started, I knew I wanted my theme page to focus on motivation. For the first month and a half, I posted motivational videos. However, my content lacked direction—it included clips from all sorts of sources like TV shows, movies, and podcasts. During that time, I only gained about 130 followers.
It became clear that I needed to narrow my focus. The clips I was posting were already widely shared and had millions of views. So, I decided to specialize in a unique niche: motivational quotes from animated movies, such as those from Disney, Cartoon Network, and DreamWorks. That decision paid off. On just my sixth post in this niche, one of my videos blew up, reaching 5 million views—and it’s still growing📈.
By consistently posting content within this niche for the next 30 days, I saw my audience expand exponentially. By day 37, I had reached 100,000 followers🏆. Even more importantly, I found joy in creating this content, and the positive feedback on each video confirmed I was on the right path✨.
So, if you're trying to find your niche, my advice is simple: create videos you're passionate about. If you’re not genuinely interested in the content you're making, it will be hard to stay motivated. Why invest time and energy into creating something you don’t even enjoy? Your niche doesn’t have to be the same as mine—it can be anything that excites you. Whether it’s skateboarding, cooking, or something else, the key is to narrow your focus. Imagine you're the viewer, not the creator. Make videos that resonate with you, because chances are, if you relate to your content, others will too. And with 7.9 billion people in the world🌏, even if only a small percentage connects with your message, that’s still a significant audience.
Keep consistent, it will pay off📈
